Henry co-founded Perez Commercial Real Estate, along with Claudia Perez.
Henry's vast business experience encompasses: Fortune 500 $100M corporate venture capital fund; corporate strategy, corporate finance, Asia expat assignment, and business operations roles for an international Fortune 500 company; and Financial Planning & Analysis for world-leading semiconductor and advertising technology companies.
He holds a master's degree in Finance and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from University of San Francisco. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's Summer Venture in Management Program.

Claudia is a co-founder of Perez Commercial Real Estate.
Claudia's construction management experience varies from some of the largest hospitals in the San Francisco Bay Area to the new Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara.
She holds a bachelor's in sociology from San Francisco State and a construction management degree from UC Berkeley.
